Autodesk has jumped in to the 3d models from photographs fray.  Their “Project Photofly” software utilizes cloud computing by processing the images on Autodesk servers.  It’s still in beta and will be available through Aug. 1, 2011.

Autodesk released AutoCAD WS for iOS devices (iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad).  The free app allows you to “view, edit, and share your AutoCAD drawings on the go.”
